Mohali mein 22040 per sqft is definitely on the higher side. Agar aap luxury lifestyle dhoondh rahe ho toh theek hai, but as a first-time buyer, I'd rather look for something more affordable even if it means slightly less 'luxury'. Is price range mein toh aapko Delhi NCR ke prime locations mein bhi options mil sakte hain. Just my two cents.

Completed project hona bahut bada plus point hai. Aaj kal Gurugram mein market conditions itne volatile hain, delays toh common ho gaye hain. At least yahan ready-to-move hai. But still, itni badi investment ke liye, Ambience ka delivery record Gurugram mein toh theek hai, Mohali mein bhi same expectations rakh sakte hain kya?

Bhai, 22040 per sqft Mohali ke liye bahut high lag raha hai. Meri family Badshahpur side mein dekh rahi thi, wahan toh half price mein mil raha hai. Luxury hai theek hai, but itna premium justify kaise karenge?
