Been paying rent for 10 saal now, and landlord ne phir badha diya. Finally taking the plunge to buy something in Noida, looking at Eta II. I'm an investor, so maximizing deal value is key. Blue Square Infrastructure ke projects dekh raha hoon, but not sure about negotiation. Builders kitna discount dete hain realistically? Market mein bolte hain 5-10% possible hai, but is that true for a project like theirs? Also, the 'all-in' cost is confusing. Property price ke upar stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC, interiors, sab mila ke kitna extra lag jaata hai? Don't want any last-minute surprises. Aur kya koi hidden charges bhi hote hain jo possession ke time hi pata chalte hain? Want to understand the total acquisition cost properly.
