Sujjan Vihar toh 2005 ka possession hai, right? Itna purana project mein parking ka scene aur bhi complicated hota hai. Is price range (₹2.4 Cr – ₹2.7 Cr) mein kya yeh deal worth it hai, considering the age? Builder ne tab kya promise kiya tha woh yaad bhi nahi hoga ab.

Exactly! Older projects mein maintenance costs bhi high hote hain aur hidden charges ka darr rehta hai. Parking toh alag headache.
