Chitransh Saartha Enclave - honestly, possession pe they hit us with so many hidden charges. I thought I knew all the tricks, working in real estate, but yeh extra maintenance deposit and 'utility connection' fees... matlab hadd hai. My budget was ₹70L for a 2BHK and these extras just pushed it. Construction quality bhi thodi suspect lag rahi hai, kuch plaster cracks dikhe hain. Is it just me, ya others faced this with Chitransh Developers? How did you guys handle it?

Oh god, this is exactly what I'm dreading. I'm looking at properties in Ahinsa Khand and builders there also pull these stunts. ₹70L budget for 2BHK is already tight, these extra charges are daylight robbery. Did they give any prior intimation about these 'utility connection' fees?
No prior intimation at all, U2! Just a final demand letter. They call it 'statutory charges' but it feels like a surprise tax. My lawyer is looking into the agreement
