10 years of renting, Ansal Esencia 67 reality check
Fed up of renting for 10 years, finally taking the plunge and looking at Ansal Esencia, Sector 67. Brochure looks great, but is it genuinely good to live in daily, or just on paper? It's in the ₹2.30-2.60 Cr range, a big stretch, so I need to be sure. Visited the site. Amenities like the club and pool seem decent, but are they actually well-maintained and used? Do people *really* use the gym? Also, what's the neighbourhood like for families? Any good schools nearby that aren't a nightmare commute? And for groceries, daily needs — is it convenient? One thing I found useful is talking to a couple of residents during my visit, not just sales. They gave real insights on maintenance charges and noise. Honestly not sure if it's the right fit yet. Any current residents who can share their honest experience? Hope this helps someone else too, to look beyond the glossy pics.

Bhai, Ansal ka track record toh sabko pata hai. Esencia mein bhi maintenance ka issue suna hai. ₹2.3-2.6 Cr is a huge amount for a first home, especially if the builder isn't known for quality post-possession. Your point about talking to residents is spot on, sales log toh sirf achi-achi baatein batate hain. Don't fall for the glossy pictures and promises.
Totally agree with you, yaar. My friend booked in another Ansal project near Airport
