10 years of renting, eyeing Greater Noida infra play?
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 151A and nearby areas. Fed up of renting, yaar, landlord raised rent again so finally taking the plunge. My budget is around ₹80L for a decent 2BHK or small 3BHK. Everyone talks about Jewar Airport and Aqua Line metro extensions driving prices. Matlab, kitna real hai ye impact? Is it already priced in, ya abhi bhi scope hai for appreciation? I'm worried about timelines too. Builder delays toh common hai, but infra projects ka kya? DMIC, FNG Expressway, Jewar Airport, ye sab kab tak properly operational honge? Is it realistic to expect completion on time? Should I invest near these upcoming corridors thinking future appreciation, or stick to more developed areas like Noida Extension jahan already connectivity hai? Confused hu. Any experiences ya advice?
