Investment Hotspots" mein property prices ka kya scene hai pichle 1-2 saal mein? I'm completely fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya yaar. Finally taking the plunge to buy something in Faridabad. I'm looking at Investment Hotspots corridor, but not sure if it's the right time to enter. Has anyone noticed actual price appreciation ya ye sab bas marketing hype hai? Heard about some new infra coming up. My budget is for a decent 2 BHK, maybe 900-1000 sqft. Should I buy now, ya thoda wait kar lena chahiye for better deals? Kya lagta hai, prices aur badhenge ya stabilize honge? EMI vs rent math toh karliya hai, but market timing samajh nahi aa raha. Koi real experiences share kar sakta hai for this area?
