Under-construction projects are a huge gamble for end-users, especially with delivery timelines. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Thinking of finally taking the plunge and buying a 3BHK, maybe at Paramount Luxury Floor 40. But Paramount Associates ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Has anyone bought from them in Gurugram? Time pe possession mila ya bahut delays hue? Aur agar delay hota hai, toh builder communicate karta hai ya chup ho jaata hai? Don't want to pay EMI and rent together yaar.
