Finally taking the plunge, considering TGB Meghdutam in Noida Extension. Everyone talks about the location and 'completed' status, but no one really discusses the actual daily life experience. Are the amenities like gym, pool, clubhouse genuinely well-maintained and usable? Or just for show? Matlab, society ka vibe kaisa hai? Is it friendly, ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Noise levels aur air quality bhi matter karti hai. Is the high price justified for the actual livability, ya sirf tag laga hai? I'm looking for a home, not just an investment. Disagree? Tell me why.
