10 years of renting, finally pulling the trigger

Visited Rudraa Aroma last weekend, finally taking the plunge after years of renting and my landlord raising rent again. Honestly, fed up of paying EMI to someone else. Saw a 3BHK, layout was decent. But yaar, construction quality site par hi kuch shaky lag rahi thi. Walls mein thodi unevenness, aur fittings bhi kuch khaas nahi dikhi. Not sure if it's just under-construction things ya future mein issues aayenge. Also, the promised clubhouse aur green areas brochure mein alag lagte hain, site par thoda cramped feel ho raha tha. Is this normal for new projects? What should I check more closely?
