Been paying rent for 10 years now, and honestly, I'm just fed up. Landlord raised rent again so I'm finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at Ansal Zinnia Garden in Greater Noida, it's completed and the price around ₹74.45L seems okay. But okay I'll say what no one says: are these older, completed projects *actually* good to live in, or just good on paper? Everyone glorifies the brochure amenities, but is the pool ever clean? Is the gym equipment actually usable, or just there for show? I'm worried about the daily grind, like how easy is it to get groceries, or are there decent schools close by for kids? Is the community vibe friendly or super isolated? Change my mind if I'm wrong, but I'm thinking the reality might be way different.
