₹1.1 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 21 — I'm seeing this a lot. Fed up of renting now, my landlord just raised rent again. Finally thinking of buying my own place. Is that price justified for Sector 21? Not sure if there's any negotiation room left. Also, how's the resale market there? If I need to sell in 5-7 years, will it be easy to find buyers or is it more of a long-term hold? Wondering about the actual appreciation potential too. Any hidden costs I should know about for older societies?
