10 years of renting, finally pulling the trigger

Did a site visit to Prestige City on Saturday and honestly, it felt pretty good. After 10 years of renting, with my landlord raising rent *again*, I'm finally taking the plunge. I'm eyeing a 2BHK for investment, maybe around ₹78L. My main worry is the resale market there. Has anyone seen good capital appreciation since launch? Is the secondary market actually active, or will units be tough to offload in 5-7 years? What's the real exit strategy for investors here?
