Everyone talks about early bird discounts for Noida properties, but I think most pre-launch offers are just marketing hype. I'm so fed up of renting in Sector 2, landlord raised rent again! Finally taking the plunge for a 2BHK, maybe Neoshape Infratech in Noida Extension. Builders claim pre-launch mein best deals milte hain, but later they also offer spot discounts. Is it really smarter to jump in early with a Construction Linked Payment (CLP) plan? Or should I wait for near-possession projects and negotiate a lump sum discount? My EMI vs rent math is solid, but these payment structures confuse me. Kya CLP end-users ke liye safer hai, ya down payment discount zyada worth it hai? Disagree? Tell me why.
