DLF Pink Town House — I'm looking at this project for my own home. I work in real estate, so I know what marketing brochures say vs. reality. Builders often promise 100% power backup, but kya woh pure flat ke liye hota hai ya just common areas aur 1-2 points? Pink Town House mein actual experience kaisa hai? Does the AC run on backup? Off the record, I've seen projects where full backup is just a myth. Also, water supply ka kya scene hai? Tanker dependency kitni hai, especially summers mein? Aur lifts ki service reliability kaisi hai? Maintenance team ka response time for lift issues kya hai? I'm trying to see beyond the glossy pictures aur real living experience samajhna hai.
