10 years of renting, finally pulling the trigger

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 150 and Noida Extension. Fed up with renting, my landlord just raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking for a 3BHK, maybe around ₹1.5 Cr. I'm torn between a few builders. Godrej Properties and ATS seem good, but what's their actual construction quality like? Heard some mixed things about Gaursons' finishing. And M3M is relatively new to Noida, not sure about their delivery track record. Do they actually deliver on time, or is it always delayed? Also, what's their customer support like after booking? Does anyone have recent experience with these guys? Should I be worried about project delays given the Jewar Airport buzz?
