Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Fed up of renting for 10 years, finally taking the plunge for a 2BHK in Knowledge Park 2. My budget is around ₹70L-₹1Cr. But ye hidden costs, especially stamp duty and registration, ka kya scene hai? Builders brochure mein toh sirf base price dikhate hain. Brokers claim better deals, but I'm not sure if they inflate first. Has anyone negotiated these extra charges or got a transparent all-in cost from Manglam Group? Broker vs direct builder, which is smarter?

Absolutely! Usme GST, IDC/EDC, club membership, power backup, parking... list khatam hi nahi hoti. Sab jod ke 15-20% extra toh pakka maan ke chalo. Budget pura hil jaata hai.
