Aur construction quality ka kya scene hai? Suna hai Ashley Estate ke projects mein finishing issues aate hain after possession, like seepage or bad plaster work. Builder ka response during construction delays kaisa hota hai? Do they communicate ya they just go silent? Kisi ka experience hai with their customer support after booking? EMI vs rent ka math toh clear hai, but builders ka bharosa nahi ho raha.
