₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in G3 Builder Floor 1 seems okay, but Mehta Villa Ananyata at ₹3 Cr+ is a different game. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is tough. G3 ka carpet area efficiency kaisa hai, any real user feedback? Mehta Villa mein total cost of ownership kitna jaata hai, including maintenance? Thinking long-term, 5-year appreciation. G3 more accessible, but will Mehta Villa give better ROI in luxury segment? Confused, yaar. Which is a smarter investment?

G3 Builder Floor 1 ka price range toh theek lag raha hai, 85L for a 2BHK sounds doable for first-timers like us. But woh carpet area efficiency wali baat bahut important hai. Koi bata sakta hai actual feel kya hai andar se? Is it claustrophobic or spacious enough for a small family? I've heard some builders cut corners on usable space, so that's my main concern before even thinking about booking.
