My lease ends in 3 months and honestly, I'm just fed up of renting now. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya. Finally thinking of buying something in Noida, Sadopur area mein dekh raha hoon. EMI vs rent math ab thik lag raha hai. Sadopur mein plots ka kya scene hai? Not sure if buying a plot there makes sense for investment. Jewar Airport ke paas toh hai, but will it really give good appreciation in 3-5 years? Ya phir flats pe hi focus karna chahiye? Also, resale market kaisi hai wahan? If I need to sell after 5-7 years, kitna easy hoga? Any hidden issues with plot ownership in that area?
