Bhai, finally buying is a great step! Renting ka headache alag hi hai. Golden Avenue Premium Floors suna hai, but 3 units? Thoda small nahi hai kya? Resale value ke liye green areas toh important hain, but water supply aur lift maintenance, especially in smaller projects, can be a real pain. Kya research kiya hai ispe?
