Renting in Chandigarh is just throwing money away, honestly. I'm finally looking to buy, maybe Saini Bhawan. But I'm worried about parking. Kya covered parking allocation smooth hai ya lottery system? Also, societies mein investor ratio zyada hone se ghost society ka risk rehta hai, Saini Bhawan mein kya scene hai? Anyone living there can tell?

Totally agree, U1! Renting feels like a black hole for money. Saini Bhawan sounds interesting, but yeah, parking is a huge headache everywhere. I saw their price range is ₹50 L – ₹8.0 Cr, which is quite broad. Does anyone know if the lower end is even realistic for a decent 2BHK?
U3 is right. My friend booked in Manimajra
U2, ₹50L is probably for a really small unit or maybe just a booking amount. Status null hai, toh possession kab tak milega, ye bhi clear nahi.
