₹40k rent monthly is killing me, fed up. Thinking Prestige City (ongoing) vs Keya Life (ready). Is the under-construction gamble worth it for Prestige, or should I just pay more for Keya's immediate possession?

Don't just jump into Prestige City because of the hype. Under-construction projects, especially big ones like Prestige City (3000 units!), often face delays. My friend booked in a project near Aavalahalli and got possession 2 years late
Bhai, I totally get you! 40k rent is insane. Prestige City sounds tempting, especially with the potential appreciation. Keya Life will definitely be more expensive for ready possession. I'd lean towards Prestige if you can handle a little wait.
