Okay I'll be honest — fed up of renting for 10 saal now, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge for a 2BHK/3BHK in Hyderabad. My budget is around ₹1.2Cr. I'm looking at areas like Narsingi ya Tellapur. Metro Phase 2 expansion aur RRR development kaafi impact kar rahe hain. Konsi areas mein sabse zyada price appreciation expect kar sakte hain? Aur abhi bhi affordable options kahan mil sakte hain near these infra corridors? What's your take?

Bhai, your struggle is real! 10 saal is a long time. Narsingi and Tellapur are definitely buzzing, but ₹1.2 Cr mein 3BHK thoda tight ho sakta hai. Have you checked any specific projects?
Haan bhai, same pinch! Narsingi mein ek project dekha tha, but the carpet area was too small. Kaunse projects dekh rahe ho?
