Okay I'll say what no one says – I'm fed up of renting and all these 'luxury' amenities feel like a scam. Builders like Shriram promise the world in brochures, right? Like Shriram 107 Southeast Phase 2 ka clubhouse... is it actually used daily ya bas show-piece hai? My biggest worry hai ki yeh high maintenance charges hum pay karte hain, but services ka quality kya hota hai? Like, power backup ya security guards, are they actually good? Or just for paper? Change my mind.
