10 years of renting, finally pulling the trigger

Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se. Noida Expressway mein kya chal raha hai aajkal? Sector 133 mein rates kafi upar gaye hain pichhle 1-2 saal mein. Lagta hai buy karna worth it hai ya wait karun? EMI vs rent ki math samajh nahi aa rahi.

Dekho yaar, mai bhi yahi soch raha tha pichhle 2 saal se. Noida Expressway mein prices definitely shot up hain, especially near Sector 133 and even further down

Bhai, exactly my situation! Landlord ne toh dimaag kharab kar diya hai. Every year 10% hike. Lagta hai ab toh apna ghar le hi lena chahiye, warna yeh rent mein hi saari life nikal jayegi. EMI bhi utni hi padegi shayad.
