Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sohna Sector 69. Fed up of renting, thinking of finally buying something. Emaar MGF Land Ltd Gurgaon ka project dekha, ₹1.6 Cr bol rahe for a 3BHK. But all-in cost samajh nahi aa raha. Pre-launch deals mein hidden charges hote hain kya? Aur secondary market mein better value milti hai kya Sohna mein? PLC, OC sab mila ke kitna upar jaata hai?
