Bhai, finally! Same boat here. Renting is a black hole. NM Developers ka naam suna hai, but negotiation ka kitna scope hota hai, yeh main bhi jaanna chahta hoon. Kya lagta hai, ₹2 Cr mein kitna kam karwa sakte hain?
Haan yaar, NM ka naam toh suna hai, but reviews mixed hain. Sector 90 mein ₹2 Cr for a 3BHK, thoda high nahi lag raha? Kya prices itne badh gaye hain wahan?
