Honestly, the tax benefits everyone talks about feel like a maze. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Sector 137, around ₹80L. My parents keep saying about Section 24 and 80C savings. But how much do these actually help with EMI for a first-time buyer? Is there some catch? Not sure if I'm missing something crucial here.

Just curious, ₹80L for 2BHK in Sector 137, is that a new project or resale? Sounds a bit on the higher side if it's resale.
