My lease ends in 3 months and I'm fed up of renting. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally thinking of buying in Gurgaon. Is this a good time to buy, ya market peaked out hai? I'm looking at a 2BHK, budget around ₹1.5 Cr. Dwarka Expressway projects like M3M or Godrej Properties mein potential lag raha. Kya connectivity improvements, jaise Dwarka Expressway completion, really push prices up fast? Koi experience share karega?
