Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 45. Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Everyone glorifies buying new from builders like Bargainer Propmart, but nobody talks about the insane hidden costs and PLC. Okay I'll say what no one says: secondary market deals mein negotiation scope zyada hota hai, right? Direct builder se zyada benefit milega ya broker se? Change my mind.
