Bhai, Sujjan Vihar... Army Welfare Housing Organisation ka hai na? Unka track record kya hai? Suna hai inke paas koi project hi nahi hai pehle. Resale ka toh baad mein sochna, pehle possession ka socho. Budget mein mil raha hai toh theek hai, but resale toh location aur builder pe depend karta hai.
RERA registration toh hoga hi, but zero projects ka experience thoda risky lagta hai. Kya pata funding issue ho jaye. I heard similar stories near Badshahpur. Possession delays are common.
Haan, main bhi yehi soch raha tha. Builder ka background check bahut zaroori hai.
