Bhai, finally! After 10 years, I completely get it. Renting is a black hole. Omaxe Celestia Royal... hmm. Pehle toh RERA website pe check karo, project name aur builder name daal ke. Agar wahaan nahi mil raha ya details incomplete hain, toh pehla red flag wahin hai. Builder ka track record bhi dekho, but Celestia Royal ke baare mein zyada info mil nahi rahi. Kya ye naya project hai ya naya builder?
