Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Finally thinking of buying a 2BHK in Noida, Sector 30, EMI vs rent math kar raha hoon. Dekh raha hoon koi acha option mil jaye. Sector 30 kaafi established area lag raha hai, but metro connectivity kaisi hai? Matlab, daily commute ke liye kitna convenient hai, especially last-mile? Aur food scene, local markets kaise hain wahan? Family ke saath rehna hai toh good options for sabzi-mandi, restaurants important hain. Parking ka issue toh nahi hai na? Kahin flat leke gaadi park karne ki jagah hi na mile. Jo log wahan rehte hain, please share your experience. Kya aapko lagta hai Sector 30 mein invest karna sahi hai, considering these points?
