Is anyone else fed up with how builders quote per sqft, then the usable space is a joke? I'm finally done with renting and looking at Sapthagiri Sky Garden vs. Sri Nanjundeshwara Residency. Everyone glorifies the *advertised* price, but nobody talks about the actual carpet area efficiency. Sky Garden seems to give more usable space for its price range, while Nanjundeshwara feels like a premium for less actual living. Total cost of ownership, including PLC and interiors, really changes things. Am I crazy for thinking Sky Garden offers better value for money despite the lower base price? Disagree? Tell me why.

Haan, that carpet area issue is real! I've been eyeing Sky Garden too. But isn't it an upcoming project? What's the possession date for Sapthagiri Sky Garden, and is its RERA number legit? I'm
Totally agree yaar! Builders ka yeh 'super built-up' area ka drama is so frustrating. Sky Garden sounds like a good option if carpet area is genuinely better, my friend booked in Akshayanagar and got way less usable space than promised.
