Visited Vipul Orchid Square last weekend. Honestly, fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. My kids loved the play area, but does it stay maintained and safe after possession? Matlab, is it usable everyday ya just a showpiece? Also, how's the construction quality holding up after a year or two? Any common issues like seepage or cracks? Trying to get the real picture, not just the sales pitch. Owners, please share your experience. Is it truly a good family home?
