₹25 lakh for a studio in IHPL Platinum Bay? Everyone glorifies Greater Noida's potential, but for a completed project, I'm seeing barely 2-2.5% rental yield. Honestly, mera EMI-to-rent math toh joke ban gaya hai. I'm fed up of renting, but this feels like parking money, not an investment. The resale market yahan pe seems dead. Is this just a ghost society waiting to happen? Change my mind.

The original poster has a valid point. I've heard mixed reviews about IHPL Platinum Bay. Is the possession really smooth since 2019? And what about the builder's reputation in other projects, maybe near Alpha I Greater
Same boat here. I've been eyeing properties in that range for ages. The EMI on 25L is significant, and if the rent barely covers a fraction, it feels like a liability, not an asset. Resale ka bhi tension hai.
Bhai, totally agree! I'm also a first-time buyer and IHPL Platinum Bay sounds good on paper but 25L for a studio in Greater Noida? And then rental yield itni kam. Meri toh himmat nahi ho rahi.
