While looking at EMI vs rent math, I found a small but useful tax hack. Most people know about 80C for principal and 24 for interest, right? But did you know stamp duty and registration charges can also be claimed under 80C? It's a one-time thing, but every bit helps with these prices in Sector 137. Also, check if joint ownership helps you both claim interest deduction. Hope this helps someone save a bit.
