Been renting for almost a decade, landlord hiked rent again. Sohna mein JMS The Nation aur Golf Link Apartments dekh raha hoon. JMS under-construction hai, Golf Link ready. Total cost of ownership mein kitna farak padta hai, including stamp duty and interiors? Kya Golf Link ki floor plan efficiency its high price justify karti hai? Long-term investment, kiska ROI better hoga? Any thoughts?

Yaar, same pinch! Almost decade ho gaya mujhe bhi rent dete hue. Landlord ki har saal ki hike sunke lagta hai khud ka ghar hi le lo. Sohna mein options toh hain, but confusion bahut hai. JMS The Nation ka price range ₹2.2 Cr – ₹3.3 Cr sunke thoda budget hil raha hai, especially considering it's under-construction till Feb 2027. Golf Link ready hai toh immediate relief milega, but uska price definitely higher hoga. Long-term investment mein kon sa better rahega, yehi samajh nahi aa raha. Interiors ka kharcha alag se, uff! Kya Golf Link
