10 years of renting, finally pulling the trigger
Been looking for 10 months now and I'm so confused. Finally trying to buy my first flat in Chandigarh. Mere budget mein Omaxe Gardenia Floors mil raha hai, under-construction hai, around ₹1.4 Cr. On the other hand, there's Uppal Marble Arch, which is completed, but much pricier, like ₹5 Cr ke upar. Honestly, builder trust factor ko leke thoda tension hai Omaxe ke saath. Uppal ka track record kaafi better lag raha hai, but it's a huge jump. Also, resale market mein kaunsa better perform karega? Omaxe mein investor ratio high hone ka darr hai, kahin ghost society na ban jaye. Uppal mein shayad end-users zyada honge. Kya lagta hai, is it worth stretching for a completed project with better builder reputation and potential for a stable community, ya Omaxe ka risk le lena chahiye? What's your take?

Omaxe ka track record dekh lo pehle. Kaafi projects mein delays aur quality issues ki complaints aati rehti hain. Mere friend ne Ludhiana mein book kiya tha, 2 saal late mila, aur finish bhi theek nahi tha. Be careful with under-construction projects, especially with builders having mixed reviews. ₹1.4 Cr kam
Bhai, same situation meri bhi hai. Budget mein Omaxe hi fit ho raha hai but under-construction ka darr lagta hai.
