1.5 Cr for Varthur? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha, even for TE. Carpet area toh hamesha 25-30% कम होता है super area से, builders toh inflate karte hi hain. EMI vs rent ka math tabhi bigdega jab hidden costs add honge. Be careful.
U1, TE ka quality aur design bhi toh dekho. Varthur mein connectivity better ho rahi hai, especially with the upcoming infrastructure projects. Plus, it's close to Whitefield
