The super area vs carpet area game builders play is seriously frustrating. Finally fed up of renting, looking at a 2BHK in Upper Kharadi. Sankla Buildcoon ke projects dekh raha hoon, but carpet area numbers bahut confuse kar rahe hain. Kitna difference normal hai yaar? Also, builders give spot discounts but then say no negotiation. Is it just a tactic? Should I try to negotiate more directly or through a broker? Who actually gets better deals in Pune?

Bhai, totally relatable! Yeh carpet area ka chakkar toh sabse bada headache hai. Sankla Buildcoon ke projects toh kaafi dikh rahe hain, but numbers dekh ke dimag ghoom jaata hai. Lagta hai sab builders ki ek hi kahani hai.
