Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein actual maintenance charges kitne aate hain? I'm looking at a 2BHK there. My budget is around ₹30L, and this project fits, but ongoing costs ka tension hai. Current residents, please batao. Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Are neighbours friendly? Ya log apne mein hi rehte hain? Not sure if it's genuinely good to live daily, ya bas price point ki wajah se attractive lag raha hai. Any insights on daily life quality will help. My parents keep saying check everything properly.
