Swimming pool, gym, clubhouse... but sach mein, yeh sab maintain hota hai aur log use karte hain kya? Ya sirf initial sales pitch hota hai? Resale value pe kya impact padta hai in sab ka? First time buyer hoon, bahut nervous hoon.
