Is pre-launch pricing for Sohna projects actually a real discount or just builder hype? I'm finally done with renting, looking at places like Signature Global on Sohna Road around 1.5 Cr. Everyone glorifies early-bird offers but I suspect current spot discounts on ready properties are better. What's the real deal? Change my mind.
