10 years of renting, finally pulling the trigger
The current rental market in Noida is just ridiculous, honestly. I'm fed up of paying rent and finally looking to put money into something tangible, eyeing Home And Soul Page Three Residences. This project, with its ₹7.72 Cr–₹19.54 Cr range, seems like a big jump, but I'm thinking long-term investment. My main concern is the ROI. Has anyone seen actual capital appreciation here since its launch? Kya is project ka price really moved up? Also, what's the rental yield reality like? Can one expect decent monthly returns from such a premium property, ya just empty flats rahenge? Not sure if the investor ratio is too high. Aur Home And Soul ka project delivery track record kaisa hai? Will they deliver on time, ya delays honge? Don't want my capital stuck for years. Any insights on their past projects would be super helpful.
