10 years of renting, finally pulling the trigger

Been renting for 10 years and ab bas ho gaya. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya. Planning to invest in Hyderabad, maybe something like Sattva Lake Ridge. But honestly, builder log construction quality pe kitna compromise karte hain yaar? Everyone glorifies the fancy amenities but nobody talks about the cracks and seepage after 1-2 years. Does this affect resale value *really*? And those huge clubhouses, are they actually used everyday or just for show to inflate property price? Maintenance costs will be high for these, right? Change my mind.
