Okay I'll be honest — I'm fed up of renting and finally looking to invest in Faridabad. I'm eyeing Goyal Luxury Floors by Rahul Mangla, but it's upcoming, which makes me nervous. My finding is to always deep-dive into the builder's past RERA compliance and actual delivery timelines, not just brochure dates. Also, how do we really check the investor-to-end-user ratio before buying? Don't want a ghost society. What's the best hack to gauge future liquidity for an upcoming project like this, especially at ₹2.65 Cr? Hope this helps someone else considering a similar jump.
