10 years of renting, finally pulling the trigger

Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. Now I'm seriously looking at ready properties like Sattva Lake Ridge in Hyderabad. My biggest concern as an investor is the high maintenance charges. Builders promise so many amenities – clubhouses, pools, gyms – but are these actually used daily ya bas dikhawa hai? Honestly, I'm worried about the long-term ROI. Will tenants really pay premium rent if the maintenance is high but the service isn't great? Kya actual service quality matches the charges after a year or two? What's your experience with this in Hyderabad projects?
