My lease ends in 4 months and I'm so fed up of renting. Finally taking the plunge for a 2BHK in Ghaziabad, maybe Duhai. Reputed Builder projects seem decent. Beyond the listed price, what are the *real* all-in costs including stamp duty and registration? Are there any price correction zones where you can still find good value?

Bhai, great decision! Renting is just throwing money away. Duhai is developing fast. All-in costs are tricky, it's never just the base price. Builders add so many hidden charges. Do your due diligence!

Absolutely! My friend ended up paying almost 10% extra due to hidden charges. Be very careful with the fine print.
